Stephanie has been an integral part of Precision since 2007, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her work. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Texas State University, which has equipped her with the tools to guide and inspire others toward achieving their own successes. Stephanie is most fulfilled when she can watch others grow, both personally and professionally, and she thrives in environments where she can lead and nurture talent. Beyond her professional life, Stephanie is a proud mother. Her eldest son, who will be attending Florida State University in the fall of 2025, is pursuing his dreams of becoming a lawyer, while her younger son, with a heart of gold, is finding his own path.

Stephanie’s journey has taken her across Texas, Florida, and now Ohio, each place offering unique experiences that have enriched her life. Stephanie is excited to become a member of this vibrant community, where she hopes to continue fostering growth, collaboration, and success for herself and others.

With eight years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial garage doors, Emanuel is a skilled technician who takes pride in his work. Recently, he and his family made the move to Erie, Ohio, where they are settling into their new community.

When he’s not working, Emanuel enjoys spending quality time with his family, often in the kitchen, where he showcases his amazing cooking skills and shares his culinary knowledge with his kids. Sundays are dedicated to faith, family, and football—starting with church, followed by a great home-cooked meal and sports on the TV.

Born and raised in Niles, Ohio, Sheldon brings a wealth of experience in garage door services to the Precision team. With a background in the industry, Sheldon is passionate about helping families in his local community and is eager to provide top-notch service with a personal touch. Outside of work, Sheldon is an avid football fan, supporting both college teams and the NFL.

When it comes to food, pizza is his go-to favorite, and his favorite color is purple. He draws inspiration from his nana, who taught him the value of making things happen with minimal resources—her resourcefulness is something that has stayed with him throughout his life. Sheldon’s favorite word is “laughing,” and he cherishes the moments he spends with his kids. Whether it’s enjoying time outdoors or engaging in creative play, family is everything to him. He’s also fond of giraffes, admiring their unique and gentle nature.

Above all, Sheldon takes immense pride in raising his children and feels that his greatest accomplishment is being a father. He’s committed to ensuring that each garage door service he provides is as reliable and impactful as the lessons his nana instilled in him.

Joshua is a Residential Technician with Precision Garage Door Service, known for his curiosity, drive, and passion for learning. Born and raised in Connecticut, Joshua brings creativity and dedication to every project, striving to deliver dependable solutions and excellent customer service.

Inspired by his autistic son, Elias, Joshua has gained a deeper perspective on life and a greater appreciation for its wonders. His favorite word, “patience,” reflects the way he approaches both his work and personal life—with understanding, persistence, and care.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, listening to worship music, and being active in his church community. A proud supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, he also enjoys classic comfort food like spaghetti and meatballs, and his favorite color is green. At home, he shares his life with his beloved Cheagle—a Chihuahua and beagle mix.

Jimmy is a dedicated Residential Technician with Precision Garage Door Service. Born and raised in Erie, PA, Jimmy brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence to every job. His greatest source of pride and inspiration comes from his kids, who motivate him both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending quality time with his children, whether cheering on a football game—his favorite sport—or sharing a good seafood meal, his go-to favorite food. Known for his friendly personality and problem-solving skills, Jimmy is passionate about creating a positive customer experience while ensuring safe, reliable garage door solutions.
